* We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. 

* * * Shipping time and cost

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
 

1、Most orders are processed within 48-72 hours. We process orders between Monday-Friday and do not ship on weekends.
 

2、Normally our goods take 7 to 14 days to reach to your house. 

Please understand due to the 2019-COVID, the shipping might be slower than normal. From the experience in the past 1 month (1st Feb - 1st March), the average delivery period is 10-24 days.
 

* * * Delivery Fee 

All of our product on YOKI jewelry is free to deliver above $ 75 . For those orders less than $ 75, you have to pay the delivery fee as the system shows ( normally it is $5.99-$7.99 ). In the condition of return, the customer is free to choose any express service company and pay courier fees by themselves.
 

* * * * Fast Shipping time: 3-7 days  (cost $26.9 ) We don't recommand a fast shipping in this 2019-covid period.

* * * Tracking your order:

Our orders always include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. 

* * *Exchanges, returns and refunds:

Items returned in like-new condition within 60 days of the original ship date will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for specials, discounts or gift cards.

* All sale/discount items made with discount codes are final sales and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
